Savoring the Moment

This month, I have been focusing on making the time to savor the moments.  To really be in the moment, not letting my growing list of things to do constantly plaque me or the guilt twinges that come when I make time for myself.
Last night, I took time to enjoy a nature walk on a beautiful, crisp fall evening.

Finding the amazing beauty that God surrounds us with each day.

It was an amazing hour where I leisurely strolled along the trails, breathed in fresh air and was amazed at all of God's beauty unfolding before me.

My heart was happy and my soul at peace.
Wishing you all beautiful moments today that bring you peace and happiness.

What a beautiful walk that must of been! Sometimes I like to walk by myself, so that I can pray and be with God! I love to live in the moment! Beautiful pictures!

This is what I've been doing. Definitely needed after long days at school where I have to think, think, think and work, work, work. A friend and I have also started walking twice at school so that we aren't sitting at our desks all day long. :) Have a great weekend. Hugs, Tammy
