Crafting with Friends

There is something so special about crafting with your sweet friends and family.  The Saturday after Thanksgiving, we do just that at our annual Christmas Tea Party. (The kiddos have renamed is since we don't drink tea.)  Each of us gather around the table with some basic projects and then watch each others imaginations take flight.
(I promised no pictures posted on my blog since we were all in crafting mode and not picture friendly mode!)

This year were bird houses and spool trees (tutorial on Leah's spool trees - click here).

Each of us created beautiful Christmas decorations that we will cherish for many years.  But the best gift we give each other is the precious memories of us all gathering together, crafting, eating, laughing and just spending time together.

Wishing you a beautiful day, sweet friends.

Beautiful, Sheila. My friend, Donna, is coming and we are going to craft like crazy. Jud just got in a clinical trial. We are here right now and he just had a liver biopsy. Did fine.
Big hugs,
