Weekend Update & Giveaway Love!

This weekend really felt like spring... I started the weekend by preparing, serving and teaching a creative workshop on Friday evening and Saturday for some beautiful Christian Women at Farmstead. The weather was perfect and I was so blessed to spend time with these lovely women.
Today, I spent time outside in my veggie garden planting onions, strawberries and tomatoes. It felt so good to dig my hands into the soil and anticipate the fruits of my labor.
Vicky of Rusty Rooster Vintage is having another lovely giveaway.... Just look at these cuties! Vintage Roosters and chicks, what more can you ask for!!!
Wishing you a wonderful week, dear friends.

What a wonderful thing to do, Sheila. I love the bracelet picture. It looks almost "familiar." My friend, Donna and I (my Silver Bella buddy) have done women's retreats for nine years at at Outlaw Ranch, a Lutheran retreat center in the Black Hills for nine years. It is my favorite thing to do all year. Not this year, though. Must stay home and be with my dear Jud. Such is life, huh?
Things are pretty level. No big "surprises" for about a month.
Hugs to you, special Sheila!
