Today I am joining up with Sweet Magnolia Farm for their Apronology Blog Party (You are just going to love their style! I know I do!!).... Why you ask am I joining this party??? Because I am sooo excited and blessed to be one of the lovely aprons featured in the 3rd edition of Apronology!!!

It is my Farm Chick apron that was selected. This was a true labor of love to find just the right vintage pieces to make this apron that was totally me for Silver Bella's Night in 2009. Being a farm chick at heart, loving vintage creams and especially chickens my friend Nora and I set out to create this one-of-a-kind apron.

I have made several aprons to give as gifts and several to keep since my first apron, but I do have to say that none have been worn to cook meals in... just can't bring myself to do that. But I do wear them to teach creative classes in and when I solder.

Here are just a few of my aprons that I currently chose from. Each very special to me. The one in the middle a keepsake piece from a Silver Bella Swap. Each participant did a small art quilt and then the swap hostess, Valita, put it all together. Simply stunning...
Thank you to the whole Beth Livesay and the whole Apronology team for selecting my apron, encouraging me to write the article and photographing it so beautifully. I am so blessed to be one of the ones featured in this wonderful magazine!
Come back tomorrow as I have been cooking up some sweet treats for February!
