This week has been filled with work, my niece's 8th grade graduation, movie nights with my family, walks and talks with my daughter, snuggling with my son and precious time spent with family.
I don't feel like I got anything done... NOTHING. I didn't even create, I didn't clean house, and the clean laundry is sitting in baskets in the laundry room waiting.... But what I did get done is so very precious to my heart... spending time with my family.

I realize all to soon my precious children with be grown up and they won't be here to spend time with. Off to hug those I love...
Have a wonderful weekend!

I'd much rather spend time with my family than doing loads of laundry! Sounds like your time was well spent:) Have a happy weekend...
I am right with ya, Sister!! I may get around to the laundry today....or not!
I definitely don't feel quilty about skipping house work if I'm spending quality time with the family!
Hugs!

25 years from now, no one will care what we did today with our store, our blog, our house or our yard. But our grandkids will reap the benefits of the precious time we spent with their parents. The hugs, the stories, the quiet time, the prayers... We're so blessed to be included in the making of our children into Godly men and women... and the Godly parents that they will be someday.
You have a a super LOVELY blog! I can't wait to spend some more time here. Blessings... polly
Hello Sheila! My first visit to your lovely Blog. I enjoyed this particular post, so full of wisdom! Everything and anything can wait except those moments spent with loved ones. Glad you think the same! I'd love for you to visit me sometime xx
