Time for Me

This past weekend I had a lot of time for Me. What a special treat my family gave me. I relish in those time when I can truly do what I want to do. Friday I spent the evening puddering around my bedroom doing more things to turn my bedroom into a shabby chic retreat. Here are a few things that I finished...

I add some lace panels secured by coursage pins to update and soften the lamp shade. I then changed out the flowers and added a beautiful handkerchief.

I then took the Melissa Francis Hanger and attached one of the Melissa Francis Vintage Embellishments that I had inked up in a soft pink and then added glitter to hang this heart with pictures of my grandma and great grandma.

I then took an old tray that I had found recently on a thrifting trip and added button cards, that was inspired by Miss Foof herself - Teresa McFayden, a cupid and the best part a picture of my darling children when they were younger.
