I can't believe that it is December already! So much to do so little time to do it in! Friday I attended Jessica's bridal shower. It was good to see her and all the girls. Saturday, I was up early (with the dogs) and got some packaging done for Tween Years that is Wednesday. Then I took some much needed "ME" time and went to Classic Attic Antiques to find some vintage finds for upcoming Christmas ornaments that I am putting together. I just love that store, she color groups her antiques, so if you want blue things or greeen, just head in the direction. After purchasing a few goodies, off to set up for Connor's Football Awards Ceremony. Being on the awards ceremony committee, it has been many hours spent planning, putting together shadow boxes and frames of all the 25 some coaches in all the division and then setting up. Wew! It was all worth the long hours, seeing Connor get his award and then Connor presenting his Dad with a shadowbox filled with pictures, game schedule and player roster. I was so proud of both of my boys!
Yesterday, I didn't even get out of my pj's. I spent time getting kits packaged for my upcoming classes this week at 2 Scrappy Sisters. I also finished my Christmas Vintage Stocking for my swap sister Joanne in Singapore. I also got all of my 25 ornaments for our annual Wild Wedded Women Ornament Exchange on Saturday. I actually only had to have 15, but I had material for 25, so 25 I made. I thought it would be great to give as added little goodies on presents.
Then last night I sat down with the family and watched Extreme Homemaker and the Hallmark Hall of Fame, Pictures of Hollis Woods and cried. Just love those Hallmark Hall of Fame Movies... they are the best!
I am still camerless and having a very hard time without it, but couldn't post without a picture. Here is one of my favorite centerpieces on our dining room table from last year.
