Photoshop Friday - Creative Projects

Welcome back to another Photoshop Friday - Creative Projects.  I just love the look of inked and distressed papers, but did you know that you can also do digitally?  And one of the best parts of digital inking with layers, besides the fact your fingers are clean and not brown with ink, that if you don't like it you can use different blending modes and adjust opacity to achieve different looks.
(Layout Created with Crafty Secrets Rose Swirls Digital Papers)
Create your new artwork file.
Using the Color Picker Tool select the color that you would like to brush on.  Create a new layer, then Click on Brush Tool and brush on the color.
Then use the Blending Mode and Opacity to adjust to desired look.
Continue to add layers and colors if desired giving each one a new layer.
By putting them on different layers it helps to be able to blend until desired look is achieved.
By adding an all over color, you can achieve a tea dyed look.
I hope you enjoyed another Photoshop Friday - Creative Projects tutorial.  Join me again next week for another fun and easy tutorial.

And, Happy Anniversary to my sweet husband of 28 years.  Love you babe!

Sheila, I love the way your mind works! Adding the all over shading made this layout absolutely soft and romantic....and I love the sentiment you shared. Happy Anniversary, my friend!
