We are celebrating many graduations this year. It is a time that causes both excitement, fear and anticipation as they spread their wings and fly.
(Card created with Crafty Secrets Little Blessings Creative Scraps)
I walked this journey last year with our daughter and now many of my family and friends are experiencing it this year.
It is hard to let go and let our children fly knowing that their flight might be turbulent or that we won't be there when they experience a crash landing.
But as a mom, my job is to let my children spread their wings. To let them try new things or let them go down new paths, to be there when they soar or to be there to help them fly again... knowing that God has a wonderful plan for each of them.
Wishing you a wonderful day, sweet friends.
Oh this post gave me the chills
Its true every word! I Just cant imagine it happening now...
Its a hard thing to do as a momma...
Your card is really pretty Sheila! The glitter helps pop the colors and I love the way the lace you tied looks like a curtain - beautiful!
I need to add this to my post
Thanks for sharing
