Digging in the Dirt - The Whatevers

April 26, 2013

Thank you all for the sweet comments about my upcoming changes! They made my day, sweet friends.

Last week, Vicki posted another "The Whatevers" picture.
This generation picture just spoke to me and I just had to join in and create this journal page.

Journaling:
Little Rebecca Ann, is a lot like me. I too come from a long line of amazing women.  Some who have loved to create beauty and nourishing food by digging in the dirt.

I remember visiting my sweet grandparent's house and playing in her garden.  As kids, we would gather the green beans from the garden and then snap them to prepare them for canning.  After the work was done, we all enjoyed a sweet treat from Grandma's treat drawer.

Now, I am enjoying the feeling of digging in the dirt with my family.  My darling husband spends hours out there with me creating this garden of ours.  My kiddos also enjoy seeing the new veggies and fruit popping up over night.

So many wonderful memories made while digging in the dirt.

Be sure to see what the other "Whatever" ladies are up to:

Thanks for stopping by, dear friends.
