A Little Bit Longer

December 27, 2010

Christmas is all but wonderful memories now. Memories of being surrounded by the ones we love, the look of surprise in our children's eyes as they opened each gift and all the yummy food and goodies devoured. Normally, by now our Christmas items would be wrapped and packed away with care, but this year our children wanted it to last a little longer... so we are all enjoying the season just a little bit longer...

Here's a Sneak Peak of what I have been creating for January's Feature at The Scrappy Gourmet. This Christmas Season, if you haven't already, take pictures of those special ornaments and holiday decor and write those stories down so you'll be ready to create this keepsake album filled with warm memories when January rolls around.

Dear friends, I hope you are still enjoying all the wonderful moments of this Christmas Season... for just a little bit longer....

Sheila,
That is such a good idea. I am going to get the camera out tomorrow and take some pictures of our special ornaments. Memories like these are worth keeping and I am the only one who will do it!
Hugs to you,
Su

Hi Sheila, that journal is big and chunky and beautiful. I just love fat books like that. My cousin made me a paper bag Christmas book one year. I need to add pictures to it. Wishing you all the best as you continue to enjoy the holidays. Blessings of peace, joy and love, Tammy
