My Creativity Doesn't Run on a Calendar

December 1, 2009

No, it really isn’t October, actually it is December but last week I was so excited to be able to make some time to finally create with some items I had purchased early this fall. As soon as I saw the papers and embellishments from Pink Paislee I had this project in my head just waiting patiently (or not so patiently) to complete it. I used Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist on the papers, tags and embellishments and I really love the effect. The neat thing about using the Glimmer Mist is that no two projects are alike. For now, this lovely Halloween decoration is sitting in my studio so I can enjoy it for a while longer, even though I am surrounded by Christmas decorations and lights.

I still have a pile of papers and such for scrapping Autumn cards and bought candy corn to make little sachets to go with the cards, but do you think I ever got it done? I was thinking to still try and make them -- and keep them for next year. You've just inspired me to do that, but I need to think about Christmas cards now, too. :) Great stuff!
